All of your video surveillance equipment is monitored 24/7/365. This includes cameras, NVR, encoders, and other equipment accessible remotely. We monitor for devices failures, updates, security vulnerabilities and much more!

Vulnerability Checks

Any device that is connected to the internet is a vulnerability risk. We actively monitor and configure your devices to ensure you are not a victim. We also actively change passwords, disable services and lock the system down for maximum security.

Camera Cleaning & Maintenance

Bi-monthly we will go to your location and clean (and focus if needed) all of your cameras. This will ensure you have a top notch view all the time! We also do preventative maintenance on all of your video surveillance equipment to help extend their lifespan and prevent any issues.

On Site Repairs

Technology is bound to break at some point. With our managed services you can be worry free as it includes on site repairs of all your surveillance equipment. This includes troubleshooting equipment that you are having issues with as well. Actual time to repair issues is determined by your SLA.

Discounts

When you are a managed services client all new equipment can be purchased at a discount. On site time that is not covered under managed services as well as project work is also discounted to you.

Managed services clients get access to 24/7 customer support. Support can be contacted via telephone, chat, email, or via the client portal. This includes help with your account or technical support.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can absolutely switch from your current provider to us! All you have to do is contact your current provider and explain to them you would like to end their services. You can give them our contact details and we will work with them to migrate your devices to our system. Once the migration is complete, billing will begin through us. You will of course need to pay your current provider the amount due to them at the time of cancelling.

Absolutely! The plans we advertise can support more than 16 cameras. Additional cameras as well as equipment will have a fee though. Please contact us and we will give you the total that would be due each month.

Monitoring is simply watching your systems to ensure everything is running correctly. When we monitor your systems, we will watch for unsuccessful logins, any software updates that are required, firmware updates, hardware issues, network issues, and many more. The purpose of monitoring your system is to catch any issues that may occur before they happen. By doing this, it will make your system be functional as much as possible!

You have certainly heard of all of the hacks that have occurred globally. These attacks can sometimes happen by vulnerable devices that are connected to the internet. If a device has a vulnerability, there is a chance a attacker can get into your network and cause destruction. They generally try to steal financial or personal information form employees or customers. Due to your camera system being connected to the network, there is a chance that it could be vulnerable. We do all of the checks to make sure it isn't. This is a ongoing check and if anything is found it will be corrected immediately.

Preventative maintenance (or PM) is simply cleaning your system to make sure it operates at its best potential. This can include cleaning camera lenses, cleaning the NVR to remove dust and cleaning screens. On some NVRs we also run on site diagnostics to verify no issues are present. By doing preventative maintenance you can extend the life of your equipment and potentially prevent hardware issues from occurring.

We currently do not provide any type of warranty on past installations from other companies. If a cable run is bad for any part of the camera system this would be considered out of scope and would be subject to charge. But, if we installed the cable it would be covered under a on site repair. Some other on site repairs that are covered are equipment troubleshooting, aiming and focusing the cameras and device replacements (labor). Devices that fail would be covered by the manufacturer warranty, unless it is expired and at the point the client would be responsible to purchase a new one.

We tried to make all of our plans have a lot of different benefits! Rather than paying full price for other services, we figured a discount would be a nice touch. Any new device that needs to be purchased (if not covered under warranty) will receive a discount. This discount is only valid if the device is purchased through us. Project work will also be discounted, as well as on site support that is not covered under the managed services will be discounted.

We hope you never need it, but we know you will eventually need some help. To reach our 24/7 technical support you have many different options. They can be reached via telephone, email, online chat or via your client portal. If using email please allow 24 hours for someone to reach out.

SLA or Service Level Agreement is the amount of time that we have to either fix the issue, or order a part to fix the issue. We keep many parts on hand, but in some instances parts will need to be ordered. We will do our best to get parts delivered ASAP, but sometimes there is a wait time on them.
